Usual signs and symptoms of an anxiety attack are shortness of breath, increased heart rate, tunnel vision, fear of impending death and many others.
i get real lightheaded, heart pounds, sweaty, shaky, nauseus, it can last anywhere from a few minutes to hours. it's like that little panic of anxiety everyone gets times 100. it's a very uncomfortable feeling.

when you have an anxiety attack you usually have heart palpatations. sometimes you have sweats and have nausea..You can get them when you're overly stressed.

If you had a sudden pain in your chest you have to take it seriously. You should go to an emergency walk in facility. Let a doctor decide what it was.
I have had them ,,,anxiety attacks,,,I thought I was dying.....Take your pulse...if it is regular but just a bit fast, ,,,TRY to breathe deep and pray.........BUT,,,,,,,,,,IF you have chest pain,,,,,,,,,or wheezes,,,,,,,,,,,,or feel like you are going to pass out.........call someone.............AND please see your doctor,,,he will not make fun of you and he can REALLY help !...I know, my doc helped me....
Ouch. When I have them I get really lightheaded and I start shaking. I can't concentrate on anything in my head, my thoughts just keeps continually changing. I also have shortness of breath and sometimes I get dizzy.
