What to do when your surrounded by negativity?

Question:
I try to be positive (Which is something I learned from my husband when I first met him). But now he is negative most of the time, my parents talk of divorce, my daughter is sick alot & my health isn't the best lately either. I was always the one that others turn to for advice but I have no one to turn to. My mother says "suck it up", my husband won't help he will only complain more, my daughter is too young to be involved and therefore I feel like I want to runaway. I look forward to going to work but even there the people are two faced and stab each other in the back. I get so happy when I bump into other christians that it pains me when they leave. Plus it is hard to find people I can trust. I am not perfect. I just need support. I don't want to complain without solution. I am task oriented and need clear steps on how to "breathe" in a world that sufficates me with negativity. Everything and everyone in my world depends on me. If I hurt no one comforts me. What to do?

Hello,

Your question has the answer within yourself, who are you????? " I love to dance, sing, draw, write, listen to music, listen to nature, watch the sun rise, talk, help others, live, pray, feel the wind blow, and think. I love to create things and look at things created. I wish life was easier for myself and the ones I love. I love God most of all. I wish the world could know and love me for who I am. I like the simple things." This is you....ask yoyself if you are doing these things to make you happy, once u r happy, positivity will b seen, there is no NEGATIVITY, it is juts less positivity at the moment...your husband needs you now, stay with him, talk to him, communicate, keep your mom out of this, this is ur life, face it....when u were low, ur husband cheered u up, remember those times???now pay back....pray and look starigh in the eyes of the difficulties and say 'Thank you' coz they will show u wht mettle u r made of and trust me, You are strong. Bye.
I think you should seek professional help. I am not saying there is something wrong with you but you obviously need to vent. Talking to a professional will help you, it will hopefully also help you get some perspective and see some light in the darkness.

Here's a final word to ( hopefully) cheer you up: "smile, it makes people wonder what you're thinking."
Just keep postitive...I know how it is to live with negitivity around you 24/7. It is hard, but keep happy and positive. Keep smiling :)
have a nice day~
