I'm a chronic "worrier"; r u also? what things do u worry about?

I'm a total worrier. Anxiety is the basis of my depression. I tend to worry about things I've done wrong during the day, things I could have done better, things that might happen tomorrow etc.
A lot of it is guilt feeling as well. I feel guilty for disappointing people even if I haven't. I feel guilty for things I've done. I feel guilty for things I haven't done. I feel guilty for things that aren't my responsibility. I feel guilty for things that will never happen.
My counsellor gave me a little "mantra" that has helped me a great deal. Whenever I start having these feelings, I ask myself - "Where's the evidence?" and I stop to think things through rationally. I've told my workmates about this and if I start to get a bit worked up, they ask me "Where's the evidence?". It really helps.

Just try not to think about it.I know that sounds lame but that's what I do. I worry about what other people think about my shoes. I worry about how the weather will be. I worry about sleeping too much or not enough. I worry about my teeth constantly. I worry so much I sometimes feel guilty if something goes wrong, like it's my fault or something. Like right now I am worried if the next person that reads this will think that I am crazy. Sometimes I won't answer certain questions because I am worried that the person asking will think I'm dumb and look at me like I'm crazy, which I don't know why, nobody knows who I am. Know what I mean. So I try not to think about anything too much, otherwise I start to worry. I hope you can overcome it.
Anxiety really gets to me in public places.My hands start to shake,sometimes my legs and suddenly my eyes and the ground are friends.
I also sometimes worry about what people are thinking when I'm talking to them.
