me and my ex just started talkin after 8 months, and now he is asking me to date him again.?

Question: when we were dating he cheated on me but now he is telling me that he has changed and that he realized what he lost. but their is one BIG problem.his ex-girlfriend is pregnant with his kid, but he said that she wont effect our realationship.i like him ALOT.but I dont know what to do?
