it's called depression. a lot of people get depressed over nothing and they dont know why. the proffesionals describe it as a chemical imbalance in the brain that can be cured with drugs, i.e. antidepressants. go speak to someone about thin\s and take steps to put your life back on track before it gets any worse. take it from me, you dont want to be depressed for long. do whhatever you can to treat it and try to stay positive. good luck

Welcome to the teenage years... dont worry... it should pass in a few years. :D
i get that way too...it is really scary...i truly believe it is a chemical imbalance...talk to your doctor and see if he can recommend something to help you....keep you head up and try to stay positive...
A lot of americans have that. It stems from hearing from fathers and grandfathers about how tough life was and that the struggle brought out the best in them. For most of us though, their is nothing really to struggle against. Our great war is with ourselves.
Try reading Fight Club.
It could be a chemical imbalance. Low levels of the neural transmitter serotonin can cause depression.
I would check your diet as well. Indecent nutrition can cause depression as well.
Lack of sleep or drug use can also cause it, not that I'm implying you do drugs.
Id try to eat a more balance diet and a lot of fruits in to the mix, this tends to help me. Also I recommend speaking with your doctor. If you do have a chemical imbalance you may be suffering from clinical depression which is treatable.
Hope this helps.
I agree with pixel pusher but don't wait around too long trying to figure it out. Some ppl have it come on pretty fast and others slow and don't realize how bad it is until something happens that is way out of their nature.Your life can be perfect for you but the chemical imbalance can be there creating the depression. Something from the past could have been stirred up by a sight, smell, or certain words and you don't notice until you notice the depression. Best wishes and see a doc!
I know it seems like there's no reason, but subconsciously, there is (unless you've been doing drugs). I was happy go lucky right up until my depression. I got over it though. Read more:
