i have a horrible sleeping problem and its killing me and i need serious help?

oh god someone help me>i cant sleep i dont kno what my problem is i can never sleep and this has been going on for about three weeks now and schools about to start back up where i need to wake up at around 7:00. i dont kno why this is happening.i used to go to sleep around 11:00 pm evynite until about 3 weeks ago.one night i just couldnt sleep so i said **** it ill just watch tv or what ever till i get tired but its been like that ever since and getting tired of it. i dont get to bed till around 5 am evryday. and dont wake up un till around 3 pm. its getting worse i think cuz yesterday i went to sleep a little earlier and i thought the next moring as i awoke wll this is good its getting betterand i figured i woke up a little early too but as walked out of my room feelin releived and refreshed i looked up at the clock and it was 5:25 PM!! i thought whats my problem i am so screwed when school comes around.will someone plz help me.it will b highly appreciated.

You need to see your doctor about this. It may be that you just need a little help getting your schedule straightened out. In that case, your doctor could prescrible some Ambien.which is wonderful.

Sometimes, though, other disorders can cuase such sleeplessness. And, your doctor would be best to help you figure it out.

However, there is an over the counter product that is all natural called melatonin. It is where the vitamins and supplements are sold. It is the chemical that your brain naturally secretes to set your sleep and wake cycle. Take some at bedtime, and you will feel sleepy within a half hour, or so. You may have to play with your dosage a bit. To find just the right amount that makes you sleep, but doesn't zonk you completely out.

Your problem is obvious. You are getting all your sleep between 5 am and 3 pm. If you sleep for 10 hours during the day, you will not be able to sleep at night. So next time you can't sleep until 5 am, stay awake all day, no matter how tired you are, and go to bed at 9 pm.you'll sleep great that night and you'll wake up fine. You shouldn't have a problem with school past the first couple of days when you may be a bit tired during the day.
