what is the best way to relax after a heavy working schedule of 20 hrs everyday?

It totally depends on the person. What relaxes you, might not relax me. Here is what I do though.
I come in and get myself a cold, tall glass of Coca-Cola. I change clothes, grab my favorite magazine or book, and head to my huge claw tub and fill it to the brim with hot water and bubbles. I turn off the phone, shut the door, and crawl in. I don't get out until the water is cold, I am a prune, and I feel better. (Usually after I have finished my Coke and my magazine!)
Then, I put on my favorite silky pj's and crawl on the couch with the remote.
This usually works until my husband, or one of the four kids, start hollering, "Mom! What is for dinner and when? We are starving!"
