Do you worry about death?

Question: I worry about death, My body start to get nervous, I start to shiver, and then I fell like I am not going to make it through the day, I have anxiety about death. I keep thinking that I am going to die before the day ends.

How long can my body lasts before it dies?

What should I do about it?

please don't worry like that. you are only making yourself sick. talk to a priest or minister,whatever your religion is.that will help you.
