Would suggest that you examine why you allow things to bother you as much as they do..Then decide if it is really worth it! If you continue to look at those problems (self induced) and accept them as challenges for the day, you may be surprised at how it will reduce your stress factors. Plus, giving you a sense of accomplishment, for overcoming something you felt was an over powering influence in your life.
