I can't do it in my background, because someone would think that I was getting murdered or something, call the cops, and I would probably end up getting arrested for disorderly conduct. or distrubing the peace, something.
I feel very supressed, sometimes.
Doesn't anyone feel the same way?

all the time!! I was watching this show called "Beyond Tomorrow" on it & some chick had come up with a "Scream Bag". You take it around with you & when you feel the urge you scream into it & no-one can hear you. It like stifles the the scream. She was doing it with heaps of people around her in the city.. That might just be what we need ;)

Yeah there are plenty out in Virginia.they're called parks.there are very few people there and you can scream as much as you'd like..get a dog..that way when people think you've lost it.you can say.nahh just calling my dog.especially if you say..stupid B*****.while not NICE.it could be technically or medically accurate..
Somtimes I do wish I can do that but I just hold it in end and think about somthing happy to take my mind off of it.

somewhere in China, they have a place where you can rent time, and go into a room and smash dishes, scream, swear and most anything for a certain amount of time. LOL. that's what I need in my house!
