Why is it.?

Question:
Why is it so many people feel as if simply putting a question mark on the end of what is obviously a statement somehow makes it a question?

More to the point, why do so many people on here do this when it's equally obvious they've already decided on the answer and have no real interest in what anyone else has to say on the subject, except to hear their own opinion parroted back at them?

Answers:
To prove them selves right, I guess. If anyone agrees with what they are saying, they automatically assume their opinion is correct. Therefore, those little "feel good endorphins" come pouring in and happiness occurs.:)

Other Answers:
Sometimes, instead of wanting to know an answer, people just want to know the opinion on the answer they've formed. One example that's fairly common is "Is it me, or is.?"

i think your answering your own question The computer puts the question mark in if you don't. It's a yahoo thing

They do it for reassurance when they are in indecision and to weigh their choices against someone else's opinion to help them make up their mind.or to feel reassured they have made the right decision.

Usually people who just say random stuff without even asking anything are just looking for attention. Or, if they ask, and seem to already have an answer, they just want to feel reassured with what theyve chosen. And some people probably do it just cause there bored.
