The voices wont be quiet, normally they arnt that bad, like when they joke on people and i think its funney, but other times ther make threats. you may not be able to see them but i know **** well their there.

Seroquil ( i probably spelled that wrong) but its a psych med that helps with the voices but will knock you out too.SEEK HELP

Same hear, take your medication or stop your "medication" it depends on what your takin. try giving them some sleeping pills
