Could you please elaborate: the word "madness", or mental illness, or being mad at somebody??

You can't really categorize people into "sane" and "insane" sub-groups. Everybody goes through stretches with mental or emotional problems, some have it really bad and all the time, others only once or every once in a while. Also, you can be just a bit depressed or really bad. People with personality disorders can sometimes function as healthy people and just be considered a bit "weird" or, as we call it in the Netherlands, "delightfully crazy". So, the definition you're looking for doesn't really exist, maybe only in scientific literature or something.
