Answers:
The best way to wake up is to wake making love to the one you love. Then shower and a long walk along the beach in the early morning sunlight, then meditate for about 10 minutes, then three blessings - find 3 things in your life that you are happy about. Repeat meditation & blessings before gong to sleep in evening.
Start with the above. If you still see you're angry, try anger management classes, tae kwon do, yoga or tia chi classes. in addition.

I quit smoking too and I rarely regret it! Walking keeps my emotions much more stable than a cigarette ever could. Best of luck to you, I know how much it can suck to be dissatisfied in your work life.
keep up the not smoking thing, the want for that will go away soon enough, go for the walk , infact dedicate your life to good health, that i=will make you less angry adn much more desirable, lay those nasty s=ciggaretts down for good one thing I know they will make you stink ruin your skin teeth and hair lungsliver heart and make you feel like **** right before they kill you, some people die from them fast some solw, either way theres much more desirable bad habbits to take on. good luck babyl love your self mostly
