Under lot of stress ................?
Question:
Answers:
When I'm stressed (which is pretty much all the time!) I do a similar thing- I feel myself getting dizzy and light-headed quite often, and it's always because i'm not breathing properly- I am holding a lot of tension in my diapraghm area and I am taking tiny little breaths. Try and get into the habit of becoming aware of your breathing, and take time to consciously relax your body before you start doing any task that requires your concentration.
At times when I feel stressed I find it difficult to get to sleep. I have found that drinking hot milk with honey helps to rest me. Also, I read about a breathing exercise that works really well for me when I can't sleep- take a deep breath in for four through the nose, and out through the mouth for six, making sure that your relax every part of your body whilst exhaling. This will really help you to relax and maybe it would be good for you to try at other times in order to focus your breathing and make you become aware of your lungs filling up completely.
Yes. You should consult a doctor about this before you develop more serious symptoms.
