You have to have your own mind and know what is best for you.
People are always going to offer advice and comments, but you have to really look at the person who is giving these comments and advice. Perhaps you are too gullible right now - I believe most everyone goes through that phase but in time you'll learn what things apply to your life and what things you can ignore.

While people talk to you just dont speak anything and think of the things you recently plan or think for yourself what to do right now, tommorrow , and things you had done past , the mistake you made etc not related to her topic. And sometimes you talk little related to her topic. when she speak 15 words you say only 1 word related to her topic. Dont make your mind occupy with her words.
You need to learn self-awareness and confidence building as well as stress management and relaxation.
When people's opinions matter so much to you, it's very hard to take step back and ignore comments made. It seems to me that this is making you feel quite anxious, you feel unable to cope with the remarks/criticisms.
Learning self-awareness will help you realise your potential, You will understand that you matter! And should first matter to yourself (Reason why classes will help). Confidence building will teach you to love you! And see what is good about you, learn you to value yourself more and help developing your coping mechanisms as well.
You will become self-asertive and feel it easier to cope with other people's remarks. Stress management will give you a lot of asnwrs as for relaxation it will help you take a good and positive breather from anything causing you stress.
Sometimes it can be that you feel unvalued, unappreciated, taken for granted or that you've been let down at some point.
It's a lot of hard work to build/rebuild yourself but you will get there!
