I have been there and felt like that but I was asked by a very wise woman who had an idea what I was planning what good would come of it. In anger I shouted I wouldn't have to deal with anything anymore. She reminded me of my family and the guilt they would feel, and always wonder what I could have done to help her, why didn't I see it coming. The Statistics say that if one family member commits suicide then more will follow. Especially if it is the child of the month that commits it. No every day can be bad, you need to reach out and get some help. Go to your doctor and tell him or her straight out how you are feeling and you may just need meds to help with your mood. Talk to friends and you''ll never realize what you mean to them till you do. Talk to a special teacher, Coach, or someone from your church if you go. I have a saying that keeps me going "God never closes One Door, Without Opening Another. That is so true about my whole life. Death is not the way reaching our for help is. I'll check back and see how you are doing, In the meantime grab a stuffed animal and hug on to it until you can get hold of someone and if you have to do it minute by minute then that's what it takes, soon it will be an hour. Remember in these situations it's always Darker Before theDawn. Hang in there If I can do it so can you.

The source of this bit of knowlege is that I have been there and have found ways not to think of that as an excape, when you are born you come out fighting for air, and all through most of our lives we have to fight for almost everything we want or need, and if a infant 5lbs can do it why can't we as Adults or Pre-Adults
