The first is WHY ME. she may feel fear, she may feel dirty, she will feel depressed, she will feel confusion, she will hate and she will cry. And she probably will feel numb.

Its not the thoughts that should worry you its how the person deals with the situation.
But what i can say is it doesn't matter how much time goes by they will always be left with a reminder of what happened and they will always be changed by it.

Well, it didn't make me scared, and it didn't make me ever want to be with another guy again, but it definitely made me less trusting of some guys in certain situations. I was disgusted at the man who raped me for taking advantage me in the situation I was in. I was angry more than I was scared.

I think she's so shocked that for sometime she might not be able to think of anything at all.. then fear, frustation follow.. and maybe with time, she just decides to block it out of her mind.. depends on the kind of support she gets from the people around her..
