i haven't been diagnosed yet....?

Question:

but i know am bipolar. i don't know what to do. right now i'm sitting here crying cause i'm scared...of what i don't know. i'm a college student and i just can't get it together. i've been up and down...flip flopping back and foward. what do i do?

Your probably not gonna listen to me but you have to remember...You are the only one who can control your mind...Im sure you come from a backround that wasn't the best...Doctors told me that Im bi polar...but I realized that I could control myself if I changed my thoughts...I was letting the pressures of life get to me and I was making excuses for my past...Im not saying thats whats wrong with you but a little counseling helped me alot...and self realization helped too.
