most people with depression tend to overthink or over analyze problems and situations. it's a mental act that, obviously, can't be stopped or just turned off in an instant. My advice, having dealt with mild depression, don't worry or dwell on things so much. it's pointless to worry about stuff you can't control. It took awhile for me but now I'm more comfortable and not so worrysome all the time and actually sleep better bcuz of it. take everything in stride and don't wonder what if or should I have done this. it'll kill you, quickly. live life, don't analyze it.
