well, in what ways worst? as for cancer... most likely pot or cigarettes, but im not sure about the anatomy of pot, so im not sure if thats worse than cigs or not. for mental problems... alcohol, it just makes problems even worse. alcohol can cause problems with your liver if you drink enough and it adds on pounds. smoking both cigs and pot could cause any problems with the lungs that arent cancer like emphysema. take your pick.
