Answers:
Living with someone you love who has any difficulties is a difficult thing. We first start by forgiving ourselves for feeling this way, it is natural. Focus on today and not tomorrow. If you believe in God or a higher power start each day reading a passage from the bible. I found it comforting to read the new testament from the beginning. Make time for yourself each day be it a long bath, a walk or simply a good book. Read to your husband, keep calm and when the stress's seem more than you can bear, find a quiet place, close your eye's and say over and over "He that is in me, is greater than he that is in the world." it will surprise you but if you own that statement a calm will come over you. Never forget the man he was and why you fell in love with him but don't lose yourself in the process. Treat him with the respect and dignity you would want to be treated if the roles were reversed and be grateful for each day you have together.
Go out with friends occasionally and have fun and don't feel guilty about it. Prioritize your life, and put God and your husband at the top but don't forget to put yourself on that list, right at the top. May god be with you and bring you peace and comfort.

That is such a difficult situation to be in, I cannot imagine, for you and your husband. You are not alone. Find a support group in your area to help you deal with the situation and talk to others who may be experiencing the same difficulty. Good luck and God bless..

You sound like a loving and giving wife who has reached the limits of the effects of Alzeimer's. I would walk when my anger level got to a dangerous point, just up and put my sneakers on (take the pet if you have one), make sure your husband knows you will be back and just get out, breath deep and pray pray pray to God for forgiveness and strength. Good luck to you.
