Me too. Is it Mad Cow or Alzheimer's. I think I have both. Some people who never had a head injury can't remember their dreams, due to all the discractions when they wake up in the morning. May not be anything to worry about.
If you really want to try, you can wake yourself up in the middle of the night and write down any dreams you were having.
It is not true that everyone has dreams every night. Also it is common not to remember the dreams. But in your case it may be more complicated. You should do some tests. eat a lot off almonds, you can buy crashed almond powder and have it with milk
eat some cheese some people say you it gives you nightmares but i find you just have very vived dreams ,there is also a school of thought that your mind sensors your dreams like people who forget horibale things that happen to them
