Emotional Freedom Technique- this is brilliant plse try it?

Think of something thats really bothering you, a problem, a worry, anxiety repeate it over and over in a positive way, ie "this problem is now gone, - name the problem and do the following technique), i promises you it works and will release worries and fears that you may have.

The tapping sequence is as follows:
• H – top of the head
•EB – inner edge of the eyebrow
•SE – side of the eye
•UE – under the eye
•UN – under the nose
•CH – center of chin
•CB – collarbone
•UA – under the arm

You may only have to do it once, or when ever you feel the need, you feel so relaxed after. make sure you tap uup to 10 times per position.
