Being on the other side of 50 and a Service Coordinator for a HUD subsidized building for the elderly and handicapped I can tell you from experience.sometimes it is the pain of old joints and sometimes it is just the exertion of sitting or the expectation of the possibility of pains that cause the moan. I can tell you it is definitely not orgasmic.

Most old people are dealing with aches and pains caused by arthritis and bad backs etc. things that come with aging. It just helps express the pain as they go to sit down. Because their bones are brittle and thir joints tend to ache.Just keep living and you will find out.Our bodies are not designed to live forever.Remember, once an adult and twice a child.Have you noticed that some old people lose their hair,teeth,the ability to reason,memory,the ability to walk and talk,wear diapers,and have to be bathed and fed just like babies.Well that is what that phrase means.

When you get old yourself, you can answer your own question. But the reason is cause they are "old". They have aches and pains. They once didn't have when they were younger.
