how to come off tranzene?

Question: I took tranzene 7.5 and trazadone 50 for about1 year every nite I cold turkeyed it about 2 mths.ago and after the first few weeks I started having jaw hurting,insomia,depression. I quit because of nightmares. Can I start back or take somethin to counter act these symtoms.

I tried to come off trazodone myself and had fitfull nights of sleep so I started taking it again. I am a cold turkey person and everything i read said not to cold turkey trazodone, so like you I am stuck until i really get sick of it and talk to a new doctor who has some brains. Good luck
