Other Answers:
No more plane movies
Just watch final destination It will defiantly help.
More people die ever year from car accidents than plane crashes. You will be perfectly safe, nothing will happen.
try a tablet of ALPRAZOLAM 0.25mg before u board the flight. u will feel a bit sleepy, but panic definiteely will be reduced
I'm a believer of dreams. First figure out if there is anything else in your life causing you anxiety or stress that the dream could relate to. And if you continue to have the same dream, is there a way to reschedule the flight? I've had dreams come true so I take mine seriously but also examine the content of them very closely. There's obviously something in your life causing you stress. Maybe if you address that, the dream will go away. Good Luck.
Watch Final Destination . that'll help 4 sure :)
Kidding . it's your mind playing tricks on you. Maybe something you heard on the news, any little thing could be causing you to have these reactions in your sleep.
I'm terrified of flying .not flying really, just tight places from which there is no escape at any given moment. So I'm afraid I don't have much comfort to offer, other than to say you're not alone. :)
