Answers:
Its normal to have the gitters. THere's nothing you can do to prepare yourself. You just have to go through it like everyone else did. You'll be alright...just learn your way around. And if the upperclassmen pick on you---it's their job.

High is just like junior high! no need to be scared! high school is just bigger!
ok, I was scared to and I changed school going into high school and i didn't know anybody ,so i only had three months to get ready so i worked out three times a day and alot of new clothes and the rest just goes into place then you wont be scared but don't go in there acting like your "tha ****" either because that won't make you any friends ,so just go in there and be your self and you won't have anything to worry about.
Keep an open mind.

If you are going to a school with your friends from middle school, there's really no major difference except finding your way through the hallways. I remember people always kept telling me, "It'll get harder in middle school/high school/college." It never really gets harder because you grow up and are more ready for a little more work. It's always gradual, and if it's not and is too tough too quickly, be sure to talk to your teacher in private. They should be able to help you make it managable. No one is there to make this awful for you. If you feel you can't talk to a teacher, try talking to a different teacher who may be able to help you in dealing with specific problems.

If you are going to a new school, just be yourself. Really! I know it's cliche, but you're going to spend a lot of time with these kids and if you try to be something that you aren't, they'll know it eventually. I promise that there will be plenty of kids who will like you as you are. One of the best compliments is "He's real", meaning you are comfortable being yourself.

Enjoy it... high school is second only to college. Eight best years of your life coming up! But stay focused in high school so you can have the most opportunities for college, no matter what your financial situation is.
