yes i was wandering if it was possible to pass out from a anxiety attack or panic attack and why does that?

Question:
cause that and what can i do to prevent that and can that be a health risk with that

Answers:
yes it is very much possible. When you hyperventilate you don't get enough oxygen to your brain and that makes you pass out. This does occure often with anxiety attacks.

Other Answers:
Of course it is possible, your brain will go on overload & cause you to pass out in extreme cases. Go to your doctor & discuss your symtoms, he may be able to prescribe something for you that may help.
yes and you need to get anti-anxiety meds to keep on hand in case of a serious attack

i have them too! blood pressure through the roof and pulse so fast i can not count!
Yes. You can pass out from an anxiety attack.
YES IT IS DUE TO A LACK OF OXYGEN TO THE BRAIN CAUSED BY A SURGE OF ADRENALIN
Yes, it is because when you have a panic or anxiety attack your heartrate and respirations speed up and that is what causes one to pass out.

If you feel a panick attack coming on breathe in slowly and release slowing until you feel relief.

If the attacks are bad enough or frequent enough, you may need to see a doctor and even see a therapist.
it is very possible- an anxiety attack can cause lack of oxygen and that can cause a loss of conciousness. The stress of the panic attack can also cause you to pass out.
