Why can't I be happy for more than a month?

Question:
My mother moved me around at least twice a year most of my life. I find it hard now to be a stable person. I am married now and waiting for my husband to graduate so that we can move on with life.
My problem is that I am bored after a month, irritable after two, and close to miserable after three months. I am reffering to living in one place, one city, one job, same people. I've been here a year and a half and finally after a couple break downs I quit my job and got a new one and we recently moved but I find my self not even cleaning the house anymore because Im so disappointed that I have to live here. I've only been here for two months, I have 10 to go! What can I do, I want to be happy or at least content but I cant figure out how. I've been trying desperatly!1

Answers:
I think you need to find ways to stay active and that bring you pleasure. What things do you like to do? Call some friends and plan a get together or just take on some old hobbies.

Life is a constant struggle and will always bring obstacles. Stay focused on your self and your goals.

You may need to see someone. You should talk to your friends about how you are feeling. Go for a checkup and tell your doctor about your feelings and get a referral for a psychologist or psychiatrist or therapy group whatever is needed.

Sounds like you are always wanting the unattainable. It's a self defeating practice, and if you don't stop it you will never be happy.
