First off Please Breath. OCD is more common then you might thing, some people learn to manage it into their lives, others become consumed by it. Most states have local mental health programs that treat the under insured such as youself. Start with contacting your local hospital they would know who to refer you to. Feel free to contact me if you need more specific assistance with finding treatment.

your state or county should have a department of mental health. see if they have a service
Most states have places that you can go on a slidig fee scale. What state do you live in?
what are your symptoms, I thought I was going crazy and sometimes thought i was about to die, but it turns out I have a problem with anxiety and panic attacks I chose to read up about them and try to handle it without medication you can go to www.nimh.nih.gov and request information about different types of disorders including ocd hope this helps
Because you are so worried you may want to see a mental health professional just to reassure yourself that you are ok.
I've read all of your symptoms in previous questions. Frankly, it doesn't sound like OCD, which involves compulsively repeated behavior or rituals, hand washing or aligning things, etc. You may be a little obsessive about some things but, unless it is significantly decreasing your ability to carry out your usual daily activities, it is not OCD or any other mental illness.
The thing with the scale is a little worrisome. Someone else suggested chucking the scale out and I agree fully. If you are gaining weight enough to be concerned about your clothes will let you know soon enough.
Do you need help finding a mental health professional in your area? Your county has a mental health clinic where you can be seen for screening at little or no charge.
You sound like what we call the worried well, but talk to someone just in case.
