who suffers from SAD?

SAD when the weather changes and it is rainy and dark (in England) does anyone else suffer from this condition and what are your symptoms

Answers:
I do and I handled it by moving to Florida. If there is more than two days of overcast weather i have difficulty getting out of bed and I feel very unmotivated to do things or do things well. I dont like talking or being around people during this time. It occurs every now and then , but living in florida has drastically reduced it.

I do. General depression that cannot seems to be medicated away.

I take a one-two apporach to it and exercies in the sun whenever I can,

It keeps it at bay

I live in Australia so we pretty much have constant good wheather but in winter if its raining and cold i tend to get a bit depressed.
