I think and worry too much and I'm getting a headache. What to do ?
Question:
I'm working alone at home. And I don't have any friends to talk to or hang out with regularly.
Answers:
Perhaps working at home is not the best solution for you. It sounds like you are too isolated and, perhaps, working yourself into a depression. The circumstances, as you describe them, could do that for you.
Is it plausible to apply your talents in a work place situation where you would be mingling with people and sharing a social situation?
Otherwise, can you set work hours for yourself, and, then, reserve free time that you could enjoy guilt free. It's pretty clear that you should take up activities that allow you mix with people and make friends. No one can work, or, fret about work, all the time. Get involved, if only in the smallest way, in activities or volunteer work in your communities. Meals on Wheels, reading to children, care giving to the elderly, there are dozens and dozens of things that you could do that would help others and yourself.
If your current situation becomes too much to bear, seek counseling help.
Best of luck to you!

If you stop worrying and start thinking positively on your actions you will have less headache. Also you should enjoy the work you are doing. All the best !!
Its a sign of Anxiety. Eventually it will lead to a panic attack. Try going on an anxiety medication it worked for me.
