How will a Narcissistic like when he grow old?

Question: Does he feel any emotional pain at all? Is he aware of his condition? Is he also a complusive liar? Does he really see a doctor about his problem?

I believe he will never marry. Probably won't be much of anything in the future if all he cares about is his looks. The only emotional pain that he'll feel is if it has anything to do with his physical self. Of course he's aware that he is good looking.but not the truth.
Compulsive liars have no future either.I've actually known 2 big ones, and they can't even keep their stories straight. Compulsive liars know that they're lying.it's mainly all for attention and what not.
I wouldn't know if he sees a doctor about it, unless he tells you he does and that turns out to be a lie.
