Question:

The person talks to themselves.out loud as if there is someone in the room with them
While in the mirror he has an unnessary urge to make faces that he cannot control
His shadow is something he cant ignor at all

what would you call this?

Answers:
It sounds like Schizophrenia but could be another disorder with psychotic features. Would need more info to tell but this person should see a Dr. right away.
