This chick is a schizo she needs electric shock treatment and she is straight up harassing you. You could A: press charges on her this way you dont get in trouble, or B: take her to an alley and beat the SH!T out of her. my suggestion is keep telling the manager and writing a letter back to him that if he/she doesnt do anything, yuo would quit or put it to a police case. Another idea is giving he/she a letter that if nothing is getting improved in your working environment, you would sue the mentally challenged co worker or the company for just ignoring the workers and not treating you well.

Well, be nice to her - really, really nice so that you can get invited to her home. When you get there, smuggle a box of jello into the bathroom. Maybe take a couple of boxes. (Not the pudding kind) Pour them into the bathroom tank. The cold water will eventually turn to jello, and she'll be diggin out giggly pieces of strawberry jello out of the toilet tank before it will flush. Start messing with her stuff, that's what I would do. I had a co-worker once who stuck shrimp in someones office..after a few days it stinks and they did not know where the smell was coming from (so funny!) Move her stuff around or make it "disappear". Be as mean to her as she is to you.
Threaten her, tell her you are going to beat her a$$ if she continues to F&ck with you. Get right up in her face and let her know that she is dealing with the wrong person. If that doesnt work, do something that will get her fired, you know the job better than any of us, what can you do that would cost her job?? BE BOLD, BE A B1TCH!! GOOD LUCK!! GET HER!
Start looking for another job. And you should leave it alone. As frustrating as she is, you need to be the better person and do your best to ignore it. Log the things she has done and report it to your manager, if that doesn't work then go over your managers head to someone else. Don't let her get the best of you.
Look for new employment. If management won't deal with the problem, finding a new management environment without that problematic co-worker is your best recourse. Go to your boss and if they are not prepared to honour their legal duty of care toward you in providing a safe and healthy work environment and resolve this matter you are going to take legal action against the company. Have a guy call her at work pretending to be her boy friend 10 times a day just to make the manager mad at her. The next week have a girl call her at work pretending to be her girl friend 10 times a day.
Send letters addressed to her to your boss that have a fancy logo in the return adress for something nasty, like the KKK or "the HIV positive club", etc.
Start Ignoring her. Take the high rode in this. Do your work so that no one can say anything bad about you. If she's the jerk you say she is, she will be out of there soon enough. Take your appointment book with you. If you have stuff on computer start storing things behind a password so she can't get at it. I think you can legally protect yourself from her impersonating you.Talk to a lawyer. if you know where she lives get some liquid weed killer like Roundup and sneak over there when she's not home or in the middle of the night and sprinkle it on her entire lawn. it will turn it brown and will look terrible! or better yet, be creative and write a nasty word in the lawn with it. muhhahamuhhaa, i love revenge.

I have a one line suggestion : Spread a word that she is HIV+ THAN sit cold blooded in your chair and let her use her energy to prove that she is not HIV + ! simple..no one will take a chance to come closer to her and your manager will try his best way to kick her out..its matter of taking a chance and no one will take it...go ahead and let me know if it works.
