How do i prevent heat exhaustion from this terrible heat?

Question:

Answers:
FLUIDS! LOTS OF FLUIDS!

Also..try to get into shade as much as possible.

Keep your core temp normal...fluids help regulate this function.

Here's a rule. If it's really hot out and you haven't pee'd all day...it's a clue you need more hydration!

Make sure you continue to sweat.
If you've stopped sweating and you no longer feel as hot as you were...it's another clue.
If you're groggy and just want to sleep...it's possible..but not written in stone.

Try not to eat heavy foods as this may only make you sick to your stomach.
Do try to keep carbs down. This will help absorb extra acids in your stomach due to all the fluids.
Eat small meals...really small, but more often...while continuing to drink mass amounts of fluids.

Fluids is key!!
