If you can't find a number then call your local hospital emergency room. Just explain what is going on and they should be able to connect you with someone who can help you. I have a friend that has severe anxiety and it really helps her to do some deep breathing until she can get a hold of one of us or her therapist to talk to. It really helps to get yourself calmed down. Good luck and call the E.R. as soon as you can.
