Is this a disorder?

Question:
75% of the time I plan on something I really want to do, or really need to do, and 1) Dont' do it, or 2) Procrastinate. I'm not lazy, I just start "not wanting" to go or do what I wanted/planned previously. I'd rather sleep or stay at home and pretty much do nothing. Is this is a disorder? Anybody else have this sort of problem? To ellaborate more, it's like a strong urge not to do what I had planned/wanted. It's strange. Maybe I'm crazy.

Nah, you have to go a lot farther than that to be crazy.
Seek therapy you sound like you're slipping into some sort of depression.
There are alot of people out there that are the same as you, they procrastinate! Women use the excuse that, "It is my perogative to change my mind..I am allowed to do that!". Men just say they cannot be bothered anymore.
Maybe you need some motivation...try getting your clothes ready the night before..plan to go out..get dressed and once you are dressed the easiest thing to do it step out the door.
That's the way I do it and it makes me get up and out!! The hardest thing is getting those clothes on!!

You just stress out over knownsense things.
Try yogo or play foot ball, basketball.
I don't believe it's a disorder. I think you just have a lack of discipline.

I had the same thing, but I drank. I put off doing important things because I would rather get drunk. I've been ETOH free for 34 days now, and things are getting better already.
