what happenes after death?

Question: people say ur sprit lives on, and its always going to be there, but no one can remember the time before they were born so why should it be any different after its all over?

Answers:
I'm not ready to find out just yet, but i belive that we move on to something else. I think that the pyrpose of life is to gain knowledge, so in the next we are ready to go further then we did before. How else have people evolved over the last 3 million years.
