angry all the time?
Question:

Anger is a perfectly natural feeling. However, when it constantly recurrs you may need to consider counseling (i.e., anger management). If that doesn't help, talk to your doctor. If you already have, and he/she has prescribed you with an antidepressant, speak to him/her about other courses of treatment.
Now, we ALL know that moods don't TYPICALLY last for a very long stretch of time. Sometimes the linger, but usually come and go relatively quickly. So, there must be SOME down time with your anger. If there is, what are you feeling?
Do yourself at least one favor and look at the link I'm providing. It's a factsheet for bipolar disorder. I'm not suggesting that you are, but being angry and depressed most of the time was what got me the help I've REALLY needed. There's also a questionnairre you can take which you should give to your doctors. That can help them to help you. Just be honest with yourself when filling out the questionnairre. No one's being judgemental.
If it turns out you're not bipolar, then at least you know that's not an issue.
When you look at my link, remember the "mania" isn't always about being happy and cheerful and the life of the party. It's also extreme agitation and anxiety, too.
Okay, that's enough for now. Go talk to your physician, get a referral to a psychiatrist (who can prescribe the proper medications) and seek out a psychologist, who can counsel you and help you to vent what's going on.
You'll thank yourself for taking these steps. You know it feels crummy the way you do, but you don't need to suffer.

Sounds like you are bi-polar. Go to doctor they can help. But holding stuff in is not healthy.just go in closet and let it out.
Try to get counseling and find out the underlying problem that is causing your anger and outbursts. If you know what is truly causing it, then you can try to work on resolving it. Good luck. Go see a psychologist or psychiatrist. Nothing to be ashamed of. Many, many people suffer from mental illness, whether is depression, anxiety, bipolar or other. The most important thing is to get help. If you are a person still in school talk to your school counselor or even better yet, talk to your parents. Just about everyone knows someone with some type of mental illness. So don't shut yourself in, talk to someone that can help.
Are you having outbursts of anger and hurting your friends and those you love? It might help to see a therapist to help you work out and defuse your feelings of anger. Here are some of the things I do when I get angry, these might help you too:
Go to someplace where no one is around and yell at the top of your lungs.
Listen to some really loud, angry music.
Play a musical instrument (again, in a loud, angry way.)
Write some poetry or diary entries dealing with your anger . turn it into art.
Take deep breaths and think of something peaceful.. like the ocean.. green mountainsides .. birds flying.. something like that. you should always keep an image like that in your mind.
Remember what Buddha said, "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one getting burned. "
All these things may help you with your angry feelings, but unless you address and confront the deep inner reasons for your anger, you are going to feel this way for the rest of your life, so talk it out with someone!
