I have a problem, I get severe anxiety everytime i am in a social situation?

I am now applying for a job but i am afraid of getting the panic feeling. It happened to me when I worked before. Any suggestions?

Anxiety can be caused by many medical (non-psychiatric) causes that can be easily remedied. You should find a good doctor and get checked out. Think of it this way...
When you are on the clock, it is not a social situation. You are being paid to be there and keep busy.
Trust yourself and your abilities. Don't doubt what you've learned. If you are asked a question that catches you of guard, don't rush it. Most interviewers will give you time to think about the question. Just take deep breathes.
I feel the same and suffer from the same type of anxiety. I would love to talk to you and others who feel the same. My husband is extremely outgoig which makes my pain all the worse.
