You will get over your first true love, but you will never forget what you had. Remember there is a reason for ever thing. You may not understand why now, but you will one day

nope it doesnt If it was your true love.you would still be with him/her.however, I believe you can never fully get over anybody.

I have a friend who says she can't love "like that" anymore - it just isn't possible for her -

she's married and her husband understands that he is NOT the love of her life - but he is the father of her children and he takes great care of them

I dunno the real answer -I just know that I couldn't live like that

depends how you lost him or her. if you got dumped it goes away. it just takes a while.
