I have some questions about Paxil?

Question:

I'm taking paxil and this is my first day. Is it normal to feel pain below your naval and where your hips are? What are the things I should look out for(if you taken it)? I'm taking it because I have obsession thoughts and can't concentrate. I don't have compulsion probs though.

Answers:
I've been on Paxil for a few years. I never felt any pain. However, I find I grind my teeth in my sleep more, I often have trouble falling asleep and since I started taking it my hair has been thinning. Also, it's very important not to miss taking your pills, because if I miss a dose I get very lightheaded, dizzy and have blurred vision.

I dont think That the pain you are feeling is from the paxil although one of its side effects is stomach upset it takes your body a little while to adjust to the meds.
