Work out, it is the best stress reliever. It helps me tremendously, since my husband kicked me and our infant out of our new house. I know all about stress. Working out and church has given me tremendous strength.

Sorry you're stressed out, man. Do something this weekend that makes you feel peaceful. Just forget about everything for a few hours. Go see a funny movie, like "Cars".
You could take Yoga classes or what not.
You seem like a nice guy, and so it's kind of embarrassing and inappropriate to mention.but 'spanking the monkey' can help relieve stress, too.

well.. times are not the greatest . but hey one person cannnot chenge the world. it was the ppls decision too the ones that voted to go for the war. SO for them it is that we are suffering all of this inflation. What i recommend you do is to try to eliminate negative thinking as much as you can. Be realistic not everything is bad. Try to think about the positive things in your life as well. After all this are the ones that must matter to you because the world that you create is the world that you live in. Thinking about what is happening in the world too much can be a heavy load.:( . Focus on your family and friends and be as close as possible to them. It seems that you are at the starting point of depression and the worst thing you can do is isolate yourself from others. Create your own world and live in it by ppl who are an interest to you.
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??

ECONOMY:
In revised figures from the Commerce Department, U.S. gross domestic product grew at a rate of 5.6 percent in the first quarter of 2006, up from the previous estimate of 5.3 percent. This makes the January-to-March corridor the greatest period of economic growth in the past two and a half years. The growth reflects a narrowing of the trade deficit, coupled with strong consumer spending (up 5.1 percent in the first quarter) and increased business spending (a 14.8 percent increase, as opposed to a five percent increase in the fourth quarter of 2005). Likewise, business profits rose an impressive 13.8 percent.
WAR ON TERROR:
On the night of 11 September 2001, President Bush told the nation, "We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them." He set in motion pre-emptive operations, which would become the "Bush Doctrine." Our analysts continue to support the doctrine of pre-emption firmly as the best measured response to the Jihadi threat around the world.
As for those still "Stuck on Stupid", insisting that there were no WMD found in Iraq, here's a partial list of what didn't make it out of Iraq before the invasion: 1.77 metric tons of enriched uranium, 1,700 gallons of chemical-weapon agents, chemical warheads containing the nerve agent cyclosarin, thousands of radioactive materials in powdered form designed for dispersal over population centers, artillery projectiles loaded with binary chemical agents, etc.
HERE ARE SOME QUOTES FROM THE LEFTIST:
John Kerry, January 23rd, 2003: "Without question we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator leading an impressive regime. He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation. And now he's miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction."
"If Saddam rejects peace, and we have to use force, our purpose is clear: We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program." -- Bill Clinton, February 17th, 1998
"We must stop Saddam from ever again jeopardizing the stability and the security of his neighbors with weapons of mass destruction." -- Madeleine Albright, February 1st, 1998
"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again as he has ten times since 1983." -- Sandy Berger, Clinton national security advisor, February 18th, 1998
"We urge you, after consulting with Congress and consistent with the US Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions, including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs." That from a letter to President Clinton signed by Senators Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, and others, October 9th, 1998
"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology, which is a threat to countries in the region, and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process." -- Nancy Pelosi, December 16th, 1998
"Hussein has chosen to spend his money on building weapons of mass destruction and palaces for his cronies." -- Madeleine Albright, Clinton's secretary of state, November 10th, 1999
"We begin with a common belief that Saddam Hussein is a tyrant and a threat to the peace and stability of the region. He has ignored the mandate of the United Nations, is building weapons of mass destruction and the means of delivering them." -- Senator Carl Levin (D-MI), September 19th, 2002
"We know that he has stored nuclear supplies, secret supplies of biological and chemical weapons throughout his country." -- Al Gore, September 23rd, 2002
"Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven impossible to deter, and we should assume that it will continue for as long as Saddam is in power." -- Al Gore, September 23rd, 2002
"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction." -- Ted Kennedy, September 27th, 2002.
"The last UN weapons inspectors left Iraq in October of '98. We are confident that Saddam Hussein retains some stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons and that he has since embarked on a crash course to build up his chemical and biological warfare capabilities. Intelligence reports indicate that he is seeking nuclear weapons." -- Robert Byrd (D-WV) October 3rd, 2002.
"We are in possession of what I think to be compelling evidence that Saddam Hussein has and has had for a number of years a developing capacity for the production and storage of weapons of mass destruction." -- Senator Bob Graham, Democrat, Florida, December 2002
"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock. His missile delivery capability, his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists including Al-Qaeda members. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons." -- Senator Hillary Clinton, October 10th of 2002
"There was unmistakable evidence that Saddam Hussein is working aggressively to develop nuclear weapons and will likely have nuclear weapons within the next five years. We also should remember that we have always underestimated the progress Saddam has made in development of weapons of mass destruction." -- Senator Jay Rockefeller, October 10th, 2002
"I will be voting to give the president of the US the authority to use force if necessary to disarm Saddam because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security." -- Senator John Kerry, October 9th, 2002
First, right now, call a 24 hour crisis line and talk about it. Then see a Doctor. You are in a deep depression and cannot handle it alone. I know. I am there. You need medication to stabalize you and counselling to find out why you are feeling this way. Please seek help now. I didn't seek help right away because I didn't even know I was depressed (yes, that happens. Have you seen that commercial with the guy tapping someone on the shoulder and saying "I'm depression and I'm here for you"?) Well, it does sneak up on you and it took a year for the Dr. to get me on the right meds. Thank the Lord I had a compassionate Dr. and a very good counsellor and a wonderful church family. I am now well on my way to recovery! May the Lord lead you to the right help, quickly.
You lay it on God and allow him to hold it for you. The world is his so allow him to take care of it.

Identify things in your life that you are tolerating and remove them. You will feel more at peace.
Sweetie,
To relieve stress, go for a run.
To relieve depression, see a shrink and get Paxil or Prozac.
Don't end your life; you will hurt too many people.
Later on, down the line, you'll read this post and say to yourself "What was I depressed about?" It always works that way.
KISSES!
