I'm fed up with life, what do i do?


Question:
life just seems full of worries, which can't be handled. I feel so hopeless?

Answers:
Everyone's life is full of worries. What makes yours more important? Just deal with what you can as you can and don't worry about the small stuff. Take life one day at a time and thank God that you woke up this morning. We all feel hopeless. I have a good cry and sulk for a few days. Then I pick myself up and move on. I have a family to think of. Just think of how your loved ones would feel if you were not here. Don't be selfish.

We all have times when everything seems to be going wrong, things start to get to us and it seems like there is no way out. If I knew your worries I could advise you more but when things are hard to handle for me I just take it one day at a time. Worrying is something that won't make a situation better, although we all do it.
I try to make each day successful which to me means you organise one thing you need to put right, you cannot fix every problem but you can work on them and little by little things will get better.
Do something nice for yourself every now and then, be positive and think of the good things in your life and be strong you will get through these tough times

I suffer with depression and feel that way sometimes, I know its hard but you have to try and stay strong and focus on better things or give yourself a goal to reach that makes you happy. Try meditation as this helps relax you so you don't always feel so negative. Maybe try counselling but always try to keep calm and focused for yourself and those who care. If you can try a hobby that you enjoy whether it be swimming or reading or computing you give yourself something to occupy your mind and it relieves the stress I promise. hey, when u r fed up u have reason to live and do what ever u want. Take each situation as an adventure. don't get fed up this easy. Don't be a coward blaming on life.. it had offered u the best just that u don't know how to use them. get real.

well I'm not gunna tell you to see a counselor but i will tell you how i made it through my rough times turn up the radio if your a gurl put on make up do your hair paint your nails go all out then take pictures of your beautiful self they can be sad goofy it doesn't matter.and if you are a boy then turn the radio on sing along and you can do the same thing.

change your state Find some new hobbies?

It is full of worries, but you can handle them better than you think. Remember if you were a brainless idiot like the majority, you would go through life without a lot of stress. The fact that you are worrying just proves you have above average intelligence.


Find out the root cause of why you are fed up. Then act on it. Also go join a gym. I'm 43 and have joined a gym and I feel ALIVE again. Only YOU can do something about your life. you worry me now don't feel like this. Everyone in the whole world has problems they are all relative and all important
but just talk to someone if you can xx
