Xanax as needed?
Question:
Answers:
.25 is a relatively small dose. I guess if she does not abuse, get addicted or start enjoying the feeling... its sort of OK. You may know that xanax is also a recreational drug... I don't see the rec value but alot of folk certainly do. Alcohol and xanax is a major disaster... Time will tell if its right or not.
Other Answers:
Yes, unless she doesn't have an anxiety disorder...
Yes. It works to relieve anxiety, so she needs to take it when she is anxious or is going to be in a situtation that will make her anxious.
Yeah as long as she doesn't need it 24/7
As long as she doesn't start abusing them, she will be fine.
Don't sound right, where is the 4 to 6 hours, you should call your Doctor and pharmacy to be sure, may be a misprint, it should read something like this : Example "take every 4 to 6 hours as needed" or every 8 hours depending on the doctor instructions.
Yes. Most anxiexty medicications are taken on an as needed basis. The dose is very low a quater of a miligram, and that is not a lot. If your wife has questions about her medication, she should ask her doctor.
Sounds right but she does not need to take them every hour. I was perscribed 3 a day.
Yes it is normal, If she has an anxiety disorder.
yep. she won't get addicted to that much either.I take that much once a day.
SOUNDS LIKE AN AVERAGE PRESCRIPTION STRENGTH HOWEVER I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 4 A DAY SPACED NO CLOSER THAN 1 EVERY 6 HOURS.
