Question: Can Panic attacks cause suicide thoughts or attempt suicide? cause right now i am having a minor panic attack about my grade in math which is an F. and it has hit midterm already so we get our midterm reports the week of the 9th. and the F would appear on the card. i had promised my parents that i would have good grades and not have an f or a d on the cards. this is like the first time i ever had an f on my card. if i had gooten good grades like a's and b's i could get my driver's permitte but now i have a feeling that my parents are going to yell at me... i am trying to raise my grade back up. and had talked to my teacher today... i was thinking that i should ask my mom to talk to my teacher about that...i'm worrying about what is going to happen when i get my midterm card.... i am feeling nausuas, don't want to eat, and kind of having suicide thoughts(cause it feelis like i had failed life in a way)
