Any OTC to relieve anxiety?

Question:
I hate goin to Dr's for things like this but I am having attacks that involve dizziness, rapid heartbeat, and moodiness

Answers:
Passion flower..St Johns wort..Valerian Root

they all are great for anxiety.I suffer from it and they really do calm me down..

If it wasnt for a Job and employment.I would say weed..seriously no worries when your high.and for someone who suffers from anxiety attacks thats all that matters..But not too much because you could get an attack from the paranoia that weed brings on.so the safest bet would be one of the 3 roots..you can buy them from CVS Walgreens or from this place here http://www.seredyn.com/help_anxiety.html

Alcohol

I feel SO bad for you because I have lived with anxiety for 4 years now. It can be a scary thing for you. Luckily, there are things to help you. Try this herbal pill called Valerian Root. It relaxes you and kinda makes you sleepy but its effects are similar to Xanax or Valium. The best thing to do though is go your doctor and get treatment. They put me on Lexapro, which controls the anxiety so I dont have the attacks anymore.

As far as i know there is an herbal but I cant think what it is called right now. But what i can tell you stay away from thinks with high amount of caffine when you are feeling that way.

I know doctors can be scarry especially the 1st time. Do you have a trusted friend that can take you to a primary care doctor to rule out any medical conditions? Then if there are none you really should look into getting help for those problems. You will feel better and they can give you highly effective medications to treat those problems. Medications like that are not available over the counter. I suffered for a long time because I was affraid to go to the doctor. I tried to help myself, but it did not work. When I finally saw someone else go for proper health I did also and was amazed how it felt to actually feel good. It changed me. I never felt like crying again and I rarely feel anxious. I have to stay on the medication, but it is worth it not to feel horrible. Remember you have a right to feel good and you do not have to suffer. Please do not make the mistake I did by waiting and suffering. Have someone you trust tell you about a good doctor. If you do not like the 1st doctor keep trying until you find one you like. If you do not like the 1st medication keep trying ones until they get the one that works for you and you can tollerate. speak up about how you feel and if you have side effects. There are many effective options. Do not feel ashamed tons of people have these issues. i went to the medication zoloft it is better to be in control than not
