Pleas help me I am feeling suicidal, I suffer from panic disorder and I feel wear all the, somebody please hel

Question:

Answers:
First of all, remember suicide is a way too permanent answer to very temporary problems. Your feelings will pass. Your life is precious to many, and particularly to the One who created you. Try God! Really. . . pray.

Second, don't be alone right now. If you have someone you can call or visit, do it! If you can't think of anyone, call a helpline. . .there are people out there who KNOW what you're going through and they care.

Finally, realize everything happens for a reason. Like I just said, there are people who have been where you are, and they've survived to help others. . .you could be learning the hard way so you can help others one day. There IS hope. No matter how dark the night may seem, there is light, and morning will come.

I suffer from depression. I have found that when I exercise, I feel better. The more I exercise, the better I feel. Especially weightlifting. I have friends that have panic attacks, and they found that weightlifting made them feel a LOT better.

Don't!! Please think about this. There's no way to go but up. Life has a lot to offer, do not give up. Go to the hospital or the police or call 911. Get immediate help and realize there are people out there who care!! May God Bless You.
Take your medicine. Try to relax. Call a friend, Watch a movie, go for a walk..just do something to keep your mind off wanting to kill yourself. You don't want to do that. Ok?
Pray to the Lord to help you to recover from those attacks
and to clear your mind of wanting to harm yourself.

You need to tell your parent's how you feel.If you have any insurance you need to go the doctor and get on some medicine.Don't feel suicidal I have a friend that suffers from anxiety attacks and panic attacks she was about to loose her freakin mind but it's just a chemical imbalance of your brain, one side is getting to much or the other side is not releasing enough.Just go and talk to someone you can get help. And stop thinking about killing yourself I know it's hard I used to sit with my friend for hours on end when she use to have them. She said she felt like she could'nt breathe and she hear voices and she thought she was going to have a stroke, all sort of things but it's help baby don't kill yourself keep yourself calm play one of your favorite cd's or try and read a book or something you haf to just take a deep breath and relax.Goodluck to you!
If your theapist has shown you some breathing excerises to slow down your breathing and heart rate you should consentrate on doing them. If you are not familiar with any you need to take long deep breathes and put your mind in a better place. Calm yourself by focusing on your breathing and the slowing the beat of your heart.

sometimes in life everything seems hopeless. sometimes, its hard to see anything. most of the time it seems that everything is so dark, so unsure, so hard. during these times, you need to be strong because that is the only way that you can find the light, that you can search for security, that you can discover the road that will make everything easy. pray. talk to friends. get help from counseling. relax, enjoy life. find something to do. go out with friends. and remember that ending your life is not answer. it is accepting defeat. sure, we are only humans, we makes mistakes too, we are weak too. but being human also means finding strength to fight all our storms, you'll see after the rains, there is a sunlight waiting for you. and it will shine all through the dark corners of your life. and in the end, you will discover that life can be wonderful and there is joy in waking up each morning. in the end you will discover yourself.
I have panic attacks and anxiety too! But suicide isn't the answer. I know it sounds like it would resolve things, but you'd be missing out on all the good things you like. what's your favorite food, favorite song, favorite ANYTHING? You wouldn't be able to have any of that. I recommend that you get to your doctor. SO many people have anxiety disorder that no one's going to laugh or not believe you. You can also get these tapes by Lucinda Bassett, from the Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety. At first they sound cheesy, but they really do help, cuz I've tried them. There are solutions..DON'T GIVE UP!
Stay on this computer and let the people here help you work through it. This may seem hard to believe, but almost everyone suffers through thoughts of suicide, panic attacks or not. You should see a doctor, especially if you're a minor with insured parents, and get on a medication for anxiety disorder. e-mail me if none of this is working for you.
